Future Drought Fund - Farm Business Resilience Program (2025-2029)

This Schedule will support the delivery of financial assistance from the Commonwealth to the State and Territory governments (States) to deliver the Farm Business Resilience Program (the program). The States will use this funding to provide eligible participants with access to subsidised learning and development opportunities that support long-term farm business resilience. The program aims to build the knowledge, skills and capability of participants to manage all kinds of risks, including drought and other climate risks.
 

Future Drought Fund - Regional Drought Resilience Planning Program (2025-2029)

This Schedule will support the delivery of financial assistance from the Commonwealth to the State and Territory governments (States} to deliver the Regional Drought Resilience Planning Program (the Program}. The States will use this funding to assist consortia of local partners to develop, refine and implement Regional Drought Resilience Plans (RDR Plans) for their region. Under the Program, funding will be available for implementation of eligible activities in finalised RDR Plans; to support regions to govern, maintain, update and improve RDR Plans; and for agricultural regions which do not have an RDR Plan in place to develop one.

This Schedule will support the delivery of financial assistance from the Commonwealth to the State and Territory governments (States) to deliver the Regional Drought Resilience Planning Program (the Program). The States will use this funding to assist partnerships of local government consortia (or equivalent) and regional stakeholders to develop Regional Drought Resilience Plans (RDR Plans) for the region.

Future Drought Fund - Farm Business Resilience Program (2022-2025)

This Schedule will support the delivery of financial assistance to from the Commonwealth the State and Territory governments (States) to deliver the Farm Business Resilience Program. The States will use this funding to provide subsidised training for farm owners and farm managers to build their strategic management and planning skills.
