National Water Grid Fund

The National Water Grid Fund will support the development and delivery of nationally significant water infrastructure projects that provide safe and reliable water for productive and/or community use in regional and remote Australia, while being environmentally sustainable and culturally responsive. 

In entering into the Schedule, the Commonwealth and the States and Territories recognise they have a mutual interest in improving outcomes through national water infrastructure development and need to work together to achieve these outcomes.
