Social Housing Accelerator Payment

The Social Housing Accelerator payment is a one-off payment to the states and territories to permanently increase the social housing stock across Australia. The Social Housing Accelerator will also support further planning and zoning reforms to increase the supply of homes. States and territories are required to spend or commit to spend all funds by 30 June 2025.
