This Schedule supports the establishment and operation of the Northern Australia Plant Capacity and Response Network (NAPCaRN). The network will enable northern biosecurity stakeholders (including industry; First Nations people and governments) to build enhanced biosecurity management and preparedness capacity and capability in the plant sector.
The NAPCaRN will result in enhanced capacity to detect and respond to plant disease and pest incursions within the northern regions of Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
