Assistance to deliver high priority requests for information (RFI) under the Community Safety Order Scheme

This Schedule will support  to respond to the high-priority Requests for Information (RFls) from the Commonwealth by the Immigration Minister and the Department of Home Affairs, made  since December 2023. These RFls will support the consideration and application for Community Safety Detention Orders (CSDOs) or Community Safety Supervision Orders (CSSOs) for high-priority NZYO affected individuals under the Community Safety Order (CSO) scheme under Division 395 of the Criminal Code (Cth).
