This Agreement will support the delivery of eradicating three pest mammal species - cat, black rat and house mouse - from Flinders Island, South Australia, to create a 3,470 hectare safe haven. This together with habitat restoration actions will enable the introduction of at least two small-to-medium-sized, national priority, threatened Australian mammal species thereby reducing the risk of their extinction.
