This Schedule will support the delivery of the Whyalla Airport Upgrade project, including the strengthening of the existing airport infrastructure including runway and pavements to allow for the operation of 0400 aircraft. Specific work includes the strengthening of Runway 17/35 and Taxiway A to Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) standards, strengthening of the parking apron and upgrade of lighting suitable for 0400 aircraft.
