Health Services - Project Agreement National Bowel Cancer Screen Program - Participant Follow-up Function

The output of this project will be the implementation and delivery of the Participant Follow-up Function for participants of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program who receive a positive faecal occult blood test result and are not recorded on the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program Register as having attended a consultation with a relevant health professional.
