This Schedule will support the delivery of the NSW project Get Back in the Game (GBIG) under the Commonwealth Outcomes Fund. GBIG supports disengaged young people aged 15 to 21 to engage with employment, education and training through a structured wrap around care management service. GBIG is available for two cohorts of young people under two different pathways:
- Back in the Game (school pathway) supports young people aged 15 to 19 at school in need of support to remain engaged in school or transition to employment or training.
- Get in the Game (community pathway) supports young people aged 15 to 21 disengaged from all employment, education and training.
GBIG is funded under the $100 million Commonwealth Outcomes Fund.
