This Schedule will incentivise States to achieve more than their share of the one million well-located homes target the Commonwealth and States agreed to under the National Housing Accord.
The Commonwealth agrees to pay the States a payment of $15,000 for every additional eligible home built in their jurisdiction between 1 July 2024 and -30 June 2029.
