This Schedule will support activities to develop a digital export risk assurance diagnostic for the dairy sector to inform where to focus regulatory resources, where to reduce regulatory intervention and profile new entrants. The activities include further testing the Dairy Reg Tech concept developed by Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV), with other domestic dairy regulators, adapting Dairy RegTech to assist prospective dairy export businesses to upskill and become 'export ready' quicker, and contributing technical expertise to the Dairy Export Assurance Program on utilising data in food safety assurance.
