This Schedule will support the delivery of two different time-limited employment hub services within Victoria.
- Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) to deliver Thrive Hubs in Broadmeadows and Frankston through to 30 June 2027.
- Greater Dandenong City Council (GDCC) (or one of its respective entities) for the establishment and delivery of a Dandenong Employment Hub to operate until 30 June 2029.
